Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and prioritize teams' work activities to ensure business objectives are met including efficient processing to record revenue in appropriate timeframes. ·Identify coaching & training opportunities to develop teams.

·Communicate organizational goals.

·Provides coaching and day to day direction to Team Members.

·Identify and implement process improvements.

·Drives automations to the different processes where available.

·Collaborate with leadership team to ensure consistency in results across sites.

·Assists with the hiring process.
- Prioritizes order processing work across teams to ensure orders are efficiently and effectively handled. QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

·Bachelor’s degree plus 6-8 years of experience OR master’s degree with 4-6 years of experience required.

·Degree preference in Finance, accounting, business or economics.

·Prefer master’s degree in related field.

·Supervisory experience required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

·Strategic planning skills.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Quick analytical decision making; understands implications of decisions.

·Is very organized, balances multiple priorities and day-to-day responsibilities with long-term strategic work.

·Delegates effectively.

·Excellent leadership and communication skills.

·Requires advanced Portuguese verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal customers and co-workers in multiple locations.

·Collaborates well with other leaders at all levels.

·Proven leadership and high level of engagement.

·Inner drive for constant improvement; fosters drive in others
