Supply Chain Supervisor I

**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_**

Provide leadership to the Supply Chain Operational Areas, coordinate inventory management, warehouse operations, and shared services areas.
This position requires knowledge in inventory management, human resources/people skills, and quality systems.
Ensure safety and quality is the main purpose of the role.
**_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Leads and supervises the Supply Chain Operational teams, in one or multiple areas such as material handling, Warehouse, Logistics, Shared Service Areas.
- Hire, train, develop and supervise employees.
- Execute cross training plan and execute common tasks to maintain business needs.
- Prepare and submit inventory control reports.
- Build positive, outgoing relations to link with local departments.
- Responsible to review personnel scheduling, evaluating discipline.
- Execute, review, and audit report benefits/tasks (vacations, audiences & Kronos).
**_ QUALIFICATIONS_**
- An advanced student of a bachelor's degree program with at least 50% of Carrier approved.
- Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Intl Trade, Social or Economic Sciences or similar field.
- 0-2 years (Preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar field)
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft.
- Flexibility to work on different shifts schedule is preferred.
- Intermediate Commands of English / Required
