Description
The Latin America Group in Costa Rica provides support in Proposals, Project Support & Engineering functions for Systems & Software BU (PSS, PWS, RAS, RS) & OCS/DX.
This position will be responsible to improve and lead the Sales & Operation planning process and other initiatives related to Operations Business Intelligence. The role is a key member that works directly with management leaders within the Latin America Operations team. Control of multiple type, size and complexity requests, ensuring requirements are met in a timely manner.
Responsibilities & Main Functions:
- Regarding S&OP the activities include:
Update Headcount including changes in the system (Clarity, HFM, etc)
Validate Projects List and services mapped, considering support provided to other BUs
Analyze Demand of Projects & Services required for all countries, discipline and BU within SYSS.
Analyze and incorporate the demand coming from Pursuit with proposals and also estimate the Funnel demand with standard models or customized ones
Active participation in Funnel Reviews, and Project Reviews
Review and update the support coming from US, COE or other WA
Review actions and GAPs with Planning team, PM, and S&OP Champions
Provide Guideline to S&OP Champions at the countries to update demand based in Backlog & Funnel prior releasing the S&OP deliveries
Track S&OP KPIs like Backlog coverage, accuracy, and % pursuits with Proposals
Track progress and issues weekly-monthly depending of criticist
Suggest and develop improvements for processes & procedures
- Provide Support to the LAM department managers and Regional Management as well in a variety of functions
Consolidate information for different Operations Reports for LAM
Groups KPI Developing & tracking such as BCEC, Blended Rate, Hours Performance, and Quarterly Operation Review of Regional KPIs
Support of BU requests like utilization
Collaborate across functions to design and/or implement tools to enhance analytic capabilities, improve processes, refine reports, and automate work.
Create tools, define and automate processes.
Headcount report of CR LAM to the finance team and BU & Headcount Analysis across SYSS LAM
Weekly Report for CR & LAM Management with associated Timesheets analysis
Support in different report activities like RS utilization, FTE (demand) needs from India, Overtime of CR team, etc.
Support to PWS Sales Department in Funnel Review, Indicators, and BU requests
Perform other duties as assigned
Interact and Work with Sr Management in the WA and BU, attend global meetings and also participate in appropriate management-level meetings

Requirements
- The position requires good interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. In complement is also required excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
- A good business understanding and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers are essential
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of resources and data.
- Needs experience working with large amounts of diverse information with ability to verify accuracy.
- Attention to details; proactive; organized; customer oriented.
- Strong Knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc), Visual Basic and Business systems like Clarity, CRM and Oracle.
- BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, related area, degree is a plus.
- 3 years of relevant experience of project support or analyst experience is required for this position
- Professional background in project management will be a plus.
- Intermediate English level and Portuguese desirable.
