5+ years of experience in Windows OS , Package deployment and Patching
:
3 years Experience with setting up Configuration management tools like BigFix / SCCM for large enterprise
:
Excellent troubleshooting skills for analyzing the infrastructure problems
:
Basic knowledge of web and API protocols (REST, HTTP, SOAP)
:
Basic knowledge on Windows S/W Inventory management
:
Basic knowledge in Linux OS
:
Knowledge on JIRA or similar bug tracking tool
:
Working with Vendor , and various Operational groups in resolving the issue
:
You have a Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience
