**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity within Experian IT Services to join an Enterprise Platforms & Applications DevOps CoE.
You will be working with technologies such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins, Artifactory from a server and administration perspective.
You will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the environments for the enabling tools that the Global DevSecOps team owns.
You will be part of a growing, high performing team that will be challenged to meet the demands of a growing global business.

What you´ll do:
- Problem solving, process mapping and research.
- Create RCA for issues to ensure that team members have a proper knowledge base for future recurrent or similar issues.
- Support users with resolving issues or needs
- Investigate and remediate any failures with our automated tasks or processes.
- Adhere to best practices and complete meticulous documentation.
- Actively participate in our AGILE methodology and SCRUM ceremonies.
- Collaborate with all areas of the business as required and represent the DevSecOps team.
**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal is required.
- Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, think analytically while working in a fast-paced IT environment is required.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Shows initiative and acts independently to resolve problems discovered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
- Works effectively both as a team member in a team-oriented and collaborative environment and independently.
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Sharp customer service skills
- Fast learner
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS
**Beneficial skills**:
- Knowledge of Ansible Tower.
- Jenkins knowledge
- Knowledge of code and scripting languages such as BASH, YAML, Python
- Knowledge in CI/CD processes and practices.
- Familiar with the Atlassian suite (including Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence)
- Strong Linux System Administration experience within a complex multi-tier environment.
- Familiar with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services such as AWS, IaC technologies as Ansible, Kuberentes, etc
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Experience with ITIL methodology.
- Good understanding of distributed version control systems like GIT
