**Partner with the best**
As a System Support Engineer, you are responsible for handling day to day support operations for Guadicore.
You will also closely work with all technical teams and different business functions.
Mainly to understand the IT requirements and deliver them in most effective and efficient way.
As a Systems Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring alerts and platform metrics to identify potential issues and provide support
- Owning the incident and service request life-cycle to ensure progress and resolution updates to customers
- Following internal SLA and OLA agreements and to ensure high-level quality of service is delivered
- Building and maintaining a support knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers
**Do what you love**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure Operations
- Have an understanding of Linux and Unix administration
- Demonstrate experience with Internet protocols, Enterprise Security including DNS, Web servers, firewalls, DDoS protection, etc.
- Be detail-oriented and have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Have excellent communication and written skills to articulate technical information to internal teams and external customers.
- Have Scripting knowledge is preferable (shell/PowerShell/python).
