Analytics Developer Analysts are expected to implement next-generation processes that would allow to execute judgment-based services—including statistical and predictive analytics, and deep domain and industry acumen—to drive client business value, such as higher revenue, lower operating costs and working capital reductions.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics
Adobe DTM/Launch, GA/GA360/GA Universal, Floodlight Tags, Pixels.
Create and update rules for tracking events to different analytic tools
Strong knowledge in CSS, Java Script, and jQuery code and selectors
Analyze and define the best tagging approach for global elements
Analyze and define the best implementation (sequential/non-sequential, HTML) for Floodlight Tags, Pixels
Strong JS debugging and JS library conflicts
Strong analytic and problem solving
Meet client SLAs/KPIs
Complete unit testing of all development code
Detect and report anomalies following internal procedures
Gather and model data for analysis using various industry tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL)
Drive analytical efforts in areas specific to business function and industry focus
Gather business intelligence for decision making
Create reporting templates using industry tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel,…)
Client-facing relations and stakeholder management
Perform management functions, including capacity management, release management
Create and maintain internal and external documentation
Create and perform time management plans for self and team
Plan and perform module development
Document technical specifications and design
Analyze system requirement and system specification
Analyze new module development for errors and performance
Apply problem solving and technical skills to debug code and integration issues
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, administration, industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience across Industry, Consulting or Analytics organizations
Prior experience in Data Analytics and Digital Marketing
Experience with Excel, Access, VBA, and/or SQL
Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries like jQuery and understanding on how to efficiently interact with DOM elements and add event listeners.
Understanding of responsive implementations and how to apply them to elements in web sites.
Experience working in agile projects and play an active role during daily, planning and retrospective meetings.
Experience working on enterprise projects, following defined guidelines by architects and product owners.
Experience with peer review methodologies and their importance for the projects quality.
