Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Implementation of tax changes and continuous improvement of tax processes across the Latin America region, leading projects and acting as a subject matter expert.
Implementation of tax regulation changes across Latin America.
Updating SAP’s invoicing, accounting and reporting processes.
Designing and documenting new processes where necessary to support new tax laws
Driving tax process improvement and standardization and improve the running of GSK’s tax compliance outsource model, through the improvement of GSK systems and data, and by training other teams.
Working with IT to identify business requirements (for law changes or tax system issues), test, document and communicate changes.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
2+ years accounting processes on a shared service center
2+ years Tax, Transfer Pricing and Statutory Accounting analysis expertise
2+ years’ experience using SAP ERP system
Advanced studies in Business Administration or Accounting
English level: intermediate-advanced
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
Accounting or tax certification
Experience in taxes in many/all countries in Latin America
