Team Lead : Distributor Experience

How you would contribute to the role:

In this position you will lead the Bonus LAS and AR Collection ANA team so you will be focus on Distributor Experience directly . It supervises and maintains the organization, integrity, compliance, timeliness and accuracy of the Bonus and Account Receivable processes. Capable of leading and developing soft skills within the group such as RCA, time management, customer service, risk assessment among others.

What skills and background will be important to be successful:

*Requires work experience of at least five (5) years in O2C/Account Receivable processing cycle or payment processing cycle IBOs/payroll
*Finance Accounting background
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
*Minimal to medium experience in continuous improvement processes
*Hard analitical and problem solving skills
*Capable to work under presure and meet tight deadlines
*Good Customer Service skills
*Ability to make accurate and timely decisions regarding to Bonus and AR processes
*Software Skills:
*Microsoft office
*Excel : Macros Proficiency
*Advanced PowerPoint Skills
*Advance knowledge in Oracle or/and AS400

uUniversity Degree in Finance area
uEnglish Level C1+
