About the Job

Avionyx is an aerospace software engineering company operating in the America Free Trade Zone, Heredia.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Bilingual English-Spanish) to help us find the right Engineering talent to drive our company growth successfully.
What You Will Get to Do
- Execution and delivery the recruiting process in coordination with the Human Resources
- Develop the appropriate talent sourcing strategy, such as networking, advertisements, and social media postings
- Participate recruiting events such as job fairs and company presentations
- Drive the hiring and induction processes of new hires

Due to the type of tasks performed on this position, it is required that the person works at our offices located in Heredia.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology studies (Advanced students are welcomed!)
- Experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes for technical roles
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 level)
- Strong inter-personal skills and trustworthiness
- Strong organizational skills
- Great service orientation and task ownership

Desired skills:

- Minimum of one year of related work experience in recruiting
- Previous experience sourcing, pipelining, or headhunting
