REAL ESTATE TECHNICAL SALES

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with prospects as a resource to provide solutions to their specific needs
- Achieve weekly lead and contracts
- Ability to work on the field as needed and provide written or over the phone report
- Assessing clients' needs and presenting suitable options.
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships within the team and management to influence targeted groups in the decision making process.
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date within the industry

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

- Analytical and Critical thinking for decision making
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive
- Advanced CRM navigation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- BS degree in relevant fields
- 2-3 years of sales experience with proven record
- Customer Service background
- Required light travel, you must have your own transportation.
