We're a Digital & Telemarketing Agency looking for **Home Based Telemarketers and Sales Development Reps with rockstar confidence, impeccable communication skills, charisma, and a sharp intellect.
**
**MUST have at least 1 year experience telemarketing**
**MUST be able to work with high focus and efficiency**
**MUST be adaptable and thrive in changing environments**
Some of the awesome things you'll be doing:
- Cold calling for a variety of campaigns.
- Thinking of ways to get around people's psychology, adapt the pitch, and improve appointment rates.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
