Job Description
Come join the Latin America Talent Acquisition Team! Our organization is responsible for hiring the best and brightest talent for Intel. We are a team of committed professionals dedicated to leveraging technology, business insight and customer service to deliver exquisite hiring experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to join our Latin America team.

The Recruiter:

- Works as a talent consultant to Intel's business groups and provides recruiting expertise to find, attract and hire the talent needed by Intel to support technology and product roadmaps.

- Couples business acumen and insight with labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies to meet not only the current business need but support the long-term talent requirements of Intel.

- Leverages talent expertise, understanding of talent acquisition plans, business model, operations, competitive position and business group products to identify the top business priorities and make recommendations and influence the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition plan.

- Creates an outstanding user experience for candidates through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle.

- Establishes and taps into candidate networks to advocate on behalf of Intel; conduct lead generation, research and sourcing of qualified candidates to meet future needs and a bolstered talent pipeline.

- Continuously evolves and shares recruiting knowledge and expertise regarding finding, attracting and hiring the best talent for Intel's constantly changing needs.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Advisory or 7+ in lieu of a degree

- 1+ years Talent Acquisition experience working in the Latin American market

- Advanced English skills, both spoken and written
Preferred

- Licentiate or Master's Degree

- Workday system knowledge and experience

- Experience working in Multinational Companies, preferably in the technology industry

- Intermediate+ Portuguese (spoken and written)
