We are looking for a temporary Sourcer to join our team. The sourcer will design and implement effective sourcing strategies, develop relationships with candidates, pre-screen candidates, and present a strong talent pool to Recruiters. The ideal candidate will be a driven and proactive individual who is comfortable working as part of a team and has the capability to effectively search for a variety of technical and non-technical profiles.
Job responsibilities include:
- Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical profiles.
- Utilize multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists, and networking to proactively source qualified professionals for the Latin America region.
- Perform initial candidate assessments, determine qualification and fit, and present candidate slates to recruiters for a business need or requisition.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a relationship with top talent.
- Sell Intel's employee value proposition in a compelling way to top talent.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or equivalent with 3+ years of sourcing experience with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team or 7+ years' experience in lieu of degree
- 1+ years' experience with sourcing tools/channels with proven experience to source and generate qualified candidates. Examples of sourcing tools/channels include Google Patents, Google Scholar, LinkedIn, Smashfly, Hiretual, Google Alerts, Talent Neuron, etc.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken)
Preferred
- Intermediate level of Portuguese.
- 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience working in the Latin American market
- Experience developing sourcing strategies to drive diversity initiatives and hard-to-fill requisitions
- Experience developing sourcing strategies utilizing Talent Market Intelligence: supply/demand, competition, trends
- Experience using and influencing the design and architecture of a Customer Relationship Management tool
- Experience working with multinational companies
