Operator perform functions associated with all finish goods production including operations, equipments, process and training. Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way. Performs material handling, visual inspection, kitting process, among others. May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required. Work is somewhat complex and is performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters. High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.
Operators can work in Day OR Night Shifts; from Sunday to Wednesday OR Wednesday to Saturday. All shifts are currently available.

Qualifications
- You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Able to read and understand documentation in English
- Computer Microsoft Office knowledge
- Able to work during weekends and nights
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AMT factory FINISH operations and/ OR Experience at SFGI, Reject Room.
Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits
- Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
