Working on complex issues from distant, often unfamiliar places, these colleagues trust us to address their information and application technology, business presentation design, business research needs, purchasing, and learning programs coordination needs. We "follow the sun" in routing requests to the support center where it is currently daytime. Our Costa Rica team handles workday issues from throughout the hemisphere and nighttime requests originating on the other side of the world. All conversations are conducted in English
