**ABOUT THE JOB**- Planning, organization & operation of services such as transfer in, transfer out, transfers between hotels, tours, charter operation and cruise line operation, airport Meet&Greets- Make transportation quotes for the reservations and quotes department before clients arrive in the country- Support of customers in destination and logistic emergency resolution- Guest support through our 24hrs cell phone**ABOUT YOU**- Experience organizing and planning Travel Agency or Tour Operator Operations- Experience in tourism business- Knowledge of the tourist product of Costa Rica (excursions, transportation, routes, times, weather, etc).- Responsible, orderly resolute capacity, availability, customer service- Microsoft office skills (word, excel, power point)- Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Teams- Outgoing, proactive, well organized- Fluent verbal and written in English, an extra European language would be advantageous- Ability to work under pressure, able to work effectively on tight timetables or deadlines- Pro-active guest service mind-set with a clear focus on quality and efficiency- Open to learn, grow and drive your career while spreading smiles across the globe- Open to multiple work hours (morning or afternoon and weekends)**ABOUT OUR OFFER**- Competitive salary and benefits as standard- Career progression opportunities in more than 50 countries worldwide- Develop yourself as part of a friendly, richly diverse and virtual international team- Exceptional approach to your learning - access to free learning platforms & language lessonsTUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business.
