About the Role
:Manage the Training System of direct personnel.
Your responsibilities include
:Manage TRS and the training system of direct personnel under his/her area of responsibility.
:Provide the initial orientation of new hire direct personnel.
:Organize and coordinate activities of trainers from his/her area of responsibility.
:Engage in transfer processes in order to coordinate trainers and training activities required, as well as TRS.
What we are looking for (requirements or special details for the role)
:English level: 70 : 75
:Academic background: Studies in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Materials, Chemical) at least bachelors degree.
:Problem solving/Analysis.
:Teaching skills.
:Detail/quality oriented.
:Availability to work on B shift schedule (Monday to Friday: 3:30pm : 10:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am : 2:30pm).
