Job Description Summary:
• Control the inbound and outbound transportation cost and rates according to the global negotiations. Inform to the transportation team any deviation of this charges.
• Connect the plant to the Material Management Team in transportation Spend Matters.
• Informe to the transportation team and finance team where the freight cost must be charge.
• Review constantly the documentation received from the inbound and outbound service providers/carriers and forwarders are correct and full to give to Procure to Pay a complete data to pay for these services.
• Business and operational metrics monitoring and control to have the on-line data in real time.Responsabilties:
Control all the inbound and outbound transportation charges are according to the global rates, and if there is any deviation look for the narrative and keep it on track.
Check for the authorizations of the exceptions.
Connect to the team of Source in Shared Service Center to get all the information to perfume its role.
Report the split of the transportation charges between CPS, Customers and BU if there is any to Finance team records are according to the reality.
Review and send to Procure to Pay all the information regarding to invoices of transportation service providers, forwarders and any other supply chain actor, to keep all the account available and pay on time.
Prepare any information to keep in control the transportation expenses, PPV data, OPEX data and Regional Standard data according to Actual figures.
Prepare and share all the reports regarding to Transportation Expenses.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Costums Administration, International business related
Previous experience in similar roles
Fluent Spanish and English
SAP knowledge is desirable.
Expert in Supply Chain and foreign trade activities.
Finance Knowledge.
