Trilingual Data Analyst

Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, data sciences, or related field.
Two to five years of relevant professional work experience in a data engineering or data analytics function or with a reputed analytics firm.
Experience in the field of collections, contact center operations and/or business intelligence is a plus and will accelerate learning of the tool.
Experience with dashboarding and BI tools, particularly Domo.
Strong coding knowledge in SQL, medium in T-SQL and Python (Pandas and Pyspark) is required, with capability in the field of large data handling.
Understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts, experience in building operational ETL data pipelines across multiple sources, and constructing/adjusting relational and dimensional data models

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and basic knowledge of version control systems (git) is a plus

Solid problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, prioritize topics and recommend solutions

Strong interpersonal skills to bring clients and teams to action, prioritize issues, align objectives, owners and timelines
