What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis??** + You will be working with operational tools and concepts, such as alerting, monitoring, logging, and health checks + You will split time between operations/on-call duties, developing and improvising systems. + You will build, support, and improve services for colleagues that rely on our services. + You will use your experience supporting SaaS platforms with an ability to integrate and develop environments using API's. + You will use your conceptual understanding of Power tools, communication and collaboration services. i.e. Voice (Telecom/SBC) and Contact Center + You will identify, receive, triage and act upon events and incidents coming from various SaaS services and proactively identify potential problems, issues and actively communicate and manage issues to resolution.
