**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
- Develop prototypes and low-fidelity wireframes.
- Create graphic designs for various projects.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of UI/UX experience, emphasizing Mobile First and B2C.
- 5+ years of overall design experience.
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS design.
- Experience with data-driven design optimization, including A/B testing.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to translate designs into user stories.
- Familiarity with web analytics, particularly Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g., Wordpress, Wix).
