**Job description**:
- Schedule appointments with potential clients for Case assessment.
- Communicate with clients through SMS, E-mails and phone calls.
- Qualify prospective clients for (Law Firm) through interviews over the phone.
- Manage paperworks necessary including documents retrieval, signing and filing forms.
- Send retainer documents and do follow-ups (Client's discretion)
- Communicate with POCs or Clients for lead management and status.
**Job Qualification**:
- Excellent English/Spanish Communication Skills.
- Willing to work Long term and in US Time Zone.
- Hardworking and Committed.
- Tech Savvy.
- BPO background experience is a plus!
- With complete work-from-home equipment (Laptop/PC, Headset, at least 10 Mbps internet connection, with a backup internet connection)

Starting Pay Rate: $4-$6 per hour.
