Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
We’ll be looking for youin this role, to support the Digital Organization mainly managing web and mobile content for our digital solutions, you will be maintaining and/or creating transactional and non-transactional pages and email templates through a Content Management System (CMS). You will troubleshoot design and content related issues in the CMS using HTML source code and deploy content into test and production environments. You will identify, report and resolve issues that could affect project timelines, page performance, and search engine optimization (SEO). The web & app production team is critical for delivering the company’s message across all our digital properties, ensuring that our voice is consistent, and contributing to a superior customer experience. You will partner with cross-functional colleagues in different locations and business units to enhance content from our current websites as part of company’s continuous improvement process.
You will need 2+ years of experience working in a large corporate environment and an academic background in computer science, web design, UX or other related areas. You must be fluent in English both written and oral with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be knowledgeable in the digital world in topics such as responsive website development, UX, ADA, Analytics scripts implementation and SEO. You must be proficient in HTML, XML and CSS. JavaScript and Jira knowledge is a plus.
