Webhosting Operations Analystto join our team in

Position Purpose and Summary
The Webhosting Analyst will work closely with business partners and other Global IT teams to deliver standard application and solutions. Candidates for this position are expected to be skilled professionals with general application development and scripts knowledge. This position is responsible for the successful development, design, and documentation for concurrent projects with a moderate range of complexity. This position requires a strong analyst who can partner effectively with others, drive results, identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions. This position is expected to follow Project Delivery Process, Enterprise Architecture target architectures and Global ITs Solution Develoment (Build) process and standards.
Responsibility/Duty
Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Websphere Application Server, Websphere Liberty, Weblogic and IIS. Writing shell scripts in Linux servers. Working closely with webhosting architects in defining processes and best practices in web:hosting area
Works with the IT business partnering capability and interacts with management, consultants, and users to compile and prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions to applications and successfully implement changes. Performs moderately complex ongoing application and system support. Participates in performance improvement activities.
Guiding the L2 team on various incident resolution in webhosting area : WAS, IIS, weblogic.
Provides input into the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software and TGRC compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
:Participate in shifts to ensure 24x7 operational support coverage
:Participate in large weekend maintenance activities related to planned outages, quarterly releases, or extended HyperCare/WarRoom situations.
:Participate in Weekend and Holiday on:call rotation
Education
:Bachelors degree, in engineering, computer science, IT, or MIS
Experience
:1:2 years or more in application webhosting operations support (web, application server, Weblogic, Websphere, IIS background or similar)
:1+ years of IT experience
:1+ years working with Perl and Unix shell scripts
Skills
:Working knowledge of ITIL; Incident, Change and Release including the development of SLA/OLA
:Proficient in IIS, Websphere/Liberty and Weblogic.
:In depth working experience on Window and linux environments.
:Adaptable and curious with a strong desire to learn more than taught.
:Keen Sense of priorities coupled with focus on relentless determination.
:Resiliency to learn, recover, and take the risk to grow outside their comfort zone.
:Pursue and reinforce collaboration with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
:Proven experience with global customer service or working with a culturally diverse team.
:Proven experience with Unix and Microsoft server environments, database, and general networking fundamentals
