WinShuttle Developerto join our team in
Heredia,
Heredia (CR:H),
Costa Rica (CR).
Requiremen Design, Test and Documentation
* Executes against the following:
o Reviewing and interpreting business requirements across the design to recommend solutions that align effort with the business value
o Design and create scripts in conjunction with solution advisors in process areas
o Develop and execute complex testing cases
o Creation of job aids/notes for each Winshuttle script
* Identify risks and design controls to mitigate or eliminate risks
* Ensure project challenges and risks are known so that solutions are delivered on time, meeting the expected business requirements.
* Deliver/support training of Winshuttle users as needed
* Run complex Winshuttle scripts
Business Partnering and Project Consulting
* Partner with the businesses on SAP to ensure awareness of Winshuttle
* Consult across the Sustain and Delivery organization to help in understanding of use cases
* Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for Winhuttle utilization
Winshuttle Solution Planning
* Maintain quality and control of the processes
* Validate whether creation of a Winshuttle script is the best option based upon cost to create and likelihood of utilizing again
Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years relevant business experience and/or relevant SAP technical experience
ERP experience, preferably SAP
* Strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills including the ability to break down complex issues
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing environment
* Advocate for change and continuous improvement
* Demonstrated ability to manage and still be successful with ambiguity, remain optimistic and apply past learnings to new and complex situations
* Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and as a member of a team.
* Experience with business data and the role data plays as an enabler of business
* Demonstrated success in business partnering initiatives
* Self:motivated with excellent analytical, problem:solving, and communication skills
* Proven commitment to and strong track record in internal controls
* Able to perform well under pressure, establishing priorities to meet deadlines
* Ability to work on multiple parallel deliverables and demonstrated organizational/documentation skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
