Wintel System Administrator Level 2to join our team in
San Joaquin de Flores Heredia,
Heredia (CR:H),
Costa Rica (CR).
Qualifications
:Knowledge of Wintel Server Administration, Installation, Configuration and Maintenance.
:Ability to manage activities while meeting Information Security Policy, CITMP and corporate standards
:Must be fully aware of Global data center provisioning and inventory tools used by the client.
:MS Office product suite and knowledge of Active Directory
:Knowledge of a Scripting Language e.g. VB Script and HP ProLiant Server Hardware
:Ensure GWIS Wintel systems are maintained and on boarded in comply with CITI security and compliance standards including CITMP
:Provide L2 support to all problems and issues including post issue documentation.
:Knowledge sharing across L2 Team members and continues training of L1 staff for issues resolution.
:Provide L2 systems administration support to the business and their systems
:Cooperation with other Teams and external vendors in problem resolution and project delivery
:Solutioning/Engineering for GWIS customers exceeding their expectations and standards during all projects and BAU tasks.
:Proper problem and project tracking including efficient escalation if needed
:Effective support and coverage for Team Lead during absence
:Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

:Ability to automate solutions to repetitive problems/tasks.
:Demonstrative written and verbal communication skills to audiences with a wide variety of technical knowledge.

:Excellent follow:up skills with attention to detail.
