About the Role:
The GBS Kronos/ UKG team is looking for a Principal Analyst to play a key role on the Kronos / UKG Product Team. They will lead with the entire Product Team to deliver updates and changes that drive business value. The Principle Analyst communicating with global business stakeholders, prioritizing the work of the product team and delivering solutions that help drive the business. Kronos / UKG is a vital tool at Boston Scientific used for track time and attendance for payroll processing, project hours for R and D, and data needed for workforce labor management across multiple sites in 7 different countries.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:
Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and process being examined (process improvement/reengineering projects). Works with/partners with process owners to understand requirements.
:
Evaluates internal control systems and recommends improvements in controls (control projects). Manages systems development or process improvement projects by applying basic project management methodology.
:
Works with the co:sourcing partners to plan the project, draft project reports and conduct the fieldwork, which includes interviews, process flow determination, critical analysis of activities as value added/non:value added, financial analysis, system data analysis and transaction testing.

Administers the project time, budgeting and reporting and coordination of team schedules.
:
Triage and resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with CoEs and external partners to find acceptable solutions.
:
Utilizes functional/company systems to improve efficiency and makes recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and company objectives.

Participates in special projects as they arise.
:
Drive the overall design, operations and project delivery

Management of Kronos / UKG vendor relationship
:
Prepare business cases for future enhancements
:
Assist other team members to further troubleshoot and analyze technical issues
:
Be aware of and comply with BSC policies
:
Work with other internal cross:functional application developers to ensure continued compatibility between Kronos / UKG and other applications.

What We're Looking For:
:
Licenciature degree in Industrial Engineering or Field Related.
:
English Level required: C2:
:
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
:
Desired knowledge: SAP, BVS, Project Management, Businnes Bachelors degree
:
A minimum of 3:5 years of enterprise Kronos / UKG configuration preferred
:
Experience partnering with IT, Vendor and/or Business Customers on projects
:
Strong understanding of Kronos / UKG architecture.
:
Test development and execution
:
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members across the globe
