Accountant - Cartago - Indefinite

Education and Experience Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.**** At least proven 3 years of relevant experience including on-the-job experience supporting, preferably in manufacturing environment.**** English level B**** CPA is considered a plus**** Proven experience in**: o General ledger accounting- Accounts payable management- Vendor reconciliations and aging review.- Electronic invoices review.- Basic accounting and compliance knowledge in Free Trade Zone- Banks reconciliations.- Cash flow review.- Travel expenses review.- Free trade zone (Zona Franca) requirements and paperwork**Required Skills**:- Ability to work in a self-managed work team environment.- Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish- Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver information oral or written in person or digitally, as well as listening skills for understanding.- Sound judgment and decision making, problem solving, flexibility, assertiveness, resilience, and strong quality orientation- Detailed oriented.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a customer-focused sense of urgency- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized person, teamwork to get your point across, and truly understand what other people need from you and leadership to change.- Ability to influence, excellent follow through and organization skills- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, PermanentePregunta(s) de postulación:- Disponibilidad para realizar prueba de ingles, y de excel el martes 22 de noviembre
