This is a growing organization where exceptional individuals can make a lasting impact on the company and develop through challenging assignments.This position is responsible for performing accounting activities such as balance sheet account reconciliations and open item resolution for Costa Rica and Panama on a monthly basis and partners with other departments to leverage systems and resources.**A snapshot of this opportunity**- Credit card reconciliations and journal entries- Fixed assets accounting and control for Tax Free zone purposes- GDS, HBA fees, and hotel incentives allocations- Shared resources allocations and deferred expenses amortizations- Commissions return accrual, backends accrual, and control- FTEs statistics allocations, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations- Regional costs allocations, events control, and revenue recognition- M&E allocations and overhead distribution**How you can set yourself apart**- Professional accounting experience with multi-national companies- Knowledge of common accounting procedures- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a competence in presenting in a professional and influential manner- Attention to fine detail and demonstrate high-level of accuracy- Enterprise resource planning ERP software — for example, SAP, Oracle, BEx, BlackLine- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)- Outstanding interpersonal skills***What we offer you**At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
