Accounts Payable Clerk

**Become an Outcoder as an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk****What you'll need to be successful**:- 1 + years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience.- General knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).- Experience with Excel and ERP accounting systems.- Strong motivation for process improvement.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.- Strong organizational and time management skills.**These will be your primary/secondary responsibilities**:- Manage AP inbox- Scanned and Rename PO scanned from warehouse to shared drive- Match Purchase Orders, Proof of deliveries with invoices- Enter all invoices in Deacom- Work with purchasing department for any invoices/po with discrepancies**Our Client**: Is located in Fullerton, California.
