Finance Organization is a fundamental backbone to make this happen while we support the creation and capture of Intel's value to shareholders.At Intel Costa Rica, we are looking for talented people like you to join our CR Finance organization and help us unlock value and insight, igniting the right digital transformation.As Accounts Receivables and Collections Analyst responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the cash collection of a subset of the trade receivables portfolio and the relationship management with the customers' Accounts Payable department.Responsible for resolving discrepant invoices, reconciling, and matching debits/credits, global coordination of processes and projects such as logistics, rebates, and electronic invoicing.Expected to partner and coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance, and the customer to ensure contract terms are met.Participate and drive ad hoc projects as identified by their direct manager.A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and traits:Independ and proactive, attention to detail, system aptitude, influential and deals well with ambiguity. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.Willingness to work independently and collaborate across functional, geographies to achieve mutual results.Fast learner with positive attitude.Problem Solving- Identifies problems, root causes, and quickly develops solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing, with an ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range .QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience or similar field in a Multinational Software Company Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Advanced English levelMust have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.Preferred qualifications: Intermediate knowledge of SAP- Experience in S/4Hana Power BI, UiPathExperience in process implementation- software collectionsInside this Business GroupAs members of the Finance team, employees act as full partners in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value.
