PERKS AND BENEFITS:- Direct hire and full-time employment. 100% remote work- Company events- Health and Wellness Fund- PTO (Personal Time Off) and Holiday Off- Maternity, Paternity & Bereavement Leave- Annual Performance Bonus- We can offer up to $4,000 USD per monthJOB REQUIREMENTS:- Proven experience as an Amazon PPC Manager or a similar role,with a track record of successful Amazon PPC campaigns.- In-depth knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, includingSponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays.- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and makedata-driven decisions.- Proficiency in using PPC analytics tools, keyword research tools,and Amazon Seller Central.- Excellent understanding of keyword research, campaignoptimization, bid management, and A/B testing.- Familiarity with Amazon SEO and its impact on PPC campaigns.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with theability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to workeffectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.JOB DESCRIPTION:- Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies for Amazon,focusing on increasing visibility, driving traffic, and optimizingconversion rates.- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevantly andhigh-performing keywords for product campaigns.- Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, SponsoredBrands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, including ad copycreation, targeting, and bid optimization.- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performancemetrics, such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), CTR (ClickThrough Rate), conversion rate, and sales data, and provideregular reports to the management team.- Identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testingstrategies to optimize ad performance, including testingdifferent ad formats, keywords, bidding strategies, and targetingoptions.- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identifyopportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensurealignment with overall marketing and business objectives.- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, andalgorithm updates related to Amazon PPC advertising.- Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROIand efficient allocation of resources.- Identify and implement new advertising opportunities andfeatures offered by Amazon.WORK HOURS:- Strictly for applicants who do not have issues working during PST or graveyard shift.
