Since 10 years ago from Costa Rica we managed North-American clients from Financial, Industry and Insurance fields.**A Day in this Role**:- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, guiding users through solutions or escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary.- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed within the agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).- Keep users\stakeholders informed of the status and progress of their requests, ensuring timely updates throughout the resolution process.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams, to determine root cause and contribute to real time resolution.- Will need to get hands "dirty", so its key for this person to be proactive and hard worker, with good sense of urgency.- Has the ability to work well with product/development.**The Expertise Requested**:- Technical Bachelor's degree.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently.- Excellent multitasking capabilities.- Intermediate SQL knowledge.- Strong communication skills.**Desired or Nice to Have or Expertise**:- Any development skills a plus - Python, Javascript / typescript.- Business analyst type profile who has good tech skills could work.- Exposure to trading and order management system concepts are a plus.**A few reasons why you will love working with us**:- Remotely Working Policy.- Our Wellness Package and Private Health Insurance- Our various Committees.- Our Core values are focus to inclusion and diversity, all qualified applicants will be considered for employment and will go thru a fair recruitment process regardless of their race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin or disability status._**Your Journey with us begins here!!
