Associate Implementation Consultant (Amer) - San

**Daily Duties and Responsibilities**:- Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks as part of the payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately- Provide support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies- Identify and consider both the business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality and consistent user experience.- Configure, execute, test and implement the designed solution, in alignment with global requirements- Provide support to Implementation Consultants (IC's) in performing designated activities related to system setup and testing within the project delivery- Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager- Provide regular status updates to Project Leads- Perform tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager- Supporting best practice and excellence with a 'can do' attitude**Attributes and Skills Required**:- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline is desirable- At least 1 year experience in payroll processing or HIRS Implementation- Strong analytical skills- Advanced MS Excel skills- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical staff- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.- Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals**Package and Benefits**:- Competitive annual salary and benefits package- 15 vacation days plus public holidays- Birthday leave- Flexible remote working- Private Medical, Dental and Life Insurance- Personal and professional development opportunities- Friendly working environment
