It is also evidence of the company's work to ensure the well-being of its talent community through an inclusive culture, a balanced work environment, employee development, and flexible work practices.Experian Global Financial Services is looking for a Billing Team Lead to be responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the billing team to include performance management, employee relations, training, and assigning work and related activities.**Position Expectations**:The key responsibilities, and functions of the role include:- Maintain relevant systems, internal calls, and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details and/or any other relevant information related to billing.- Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the billing Analysts to enable them to provide timely and accurate services and responses to queries.- Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions.- Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching.- Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications**We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused leader with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills. In addition to the following:- 5 years of related billing experience.- 2-3 years in leadership roles.- Advance studies in business administration, finance, or related field.- Strong communication skills.- Fluent spoken and written English- Strong knowledge of billing procedures- Strong attention to detail.- Strong numeric aptitude.- Ability to work within a team environment.- ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP systems- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.**Additional Information**:**_ This is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
