Job Summary :The Brand Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing the brand, campaign, and ecommerce assets for 3M's Consumer Brands and will be largely dedicated to one of the four consumer business units, including Home Improvement (Command™, Scotch® Painters Tape, Scotch™, 3M™ and Bondo® Brands), Consumer Safety & Well-Being (Filtrete™, 3M™, Nexcare™, Ace™ and FUTURO™ Brands), Home Care (Scotch-Brite™, Scotchgard™, and 3M™ Thinsulate™ Brands) and Packaging & Expression (Post-it® and Scotch® Brand) product portfolios, in partnership with brand consumer experience team members and product marketers.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage the complete content library of assets for one of the assigned consumer business units, flexing to support other business unit needs based on volume or prioritization as requested.Serve as the content expert for the business unit, responsible for keeping the content library up to date in 3M's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, including notifying global team members of new assets/content via monthly or seasonal content updates, digital file management, archiving, managing asset metadata and keywords, and working with agencies to prepare and load files.Act as the subject matter expert for 3M's Adobe Assets and HAMR systems as it pertains to asset management, such as assisting 3M's International, Marketing and Shopper Marketing teams on how to access and download brand, campaign, and ecommerce assets.Support Consumer Experience Sr. Managers, Managers and Specialists throughout the creative development process by identifying assets with outdated information (ie expired awards or usage rights, old claims), as well as collaboration with 3M ecommerce and product marketing teams to identify content gaps (ie photography, video) based on audits and/or knowledge of the existing asset library and needs by portfolio to support new product launches. Partner with design or agency resources to update brand and campaign guidelines as needed (ie share new assets and content IDs from the DAM system.Support governance of usage rights by supporting 3M and industry requirements and serving as a point of contact for any usage rights inquiries or compliance standards. Specific responsibilities include: managing relationships and processes with content partners and 3M preferred compliance agencies to ensure ADA compliance in content creation; ensuring all content uploaded to the internal DAM meets necessary talent, music, location, and logo release documentation standards, providing guidance as needed.Updating asset folders across assigned brands as needed for consistent hierarchy and organization and associated metadata for findability.Support corporate and CBG asset requests for presentations, corporate events, etc.Additional Responsibilities based on qualifications:Handling SEO copy optimizations for videos destined for syndication on YouTube.Managing requests to update ad materials to ensure compliance with current specifications.Assist in ad trafficking requests with agencies by providing and maintaining necessary files for successful campaign launches.Support branded You Tube content hub organization and optimization (i.e. titles, SEO copy, and organization).Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited universityMinimum three years digital asset management experience.Minimum three years experience working with partner agencies and/or vendors.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Marketing or Communications.Strong interpersonal skills in working with direct and cross functional teams.Strong project management skills.Ecommerce content development and management experience.Soft Skills:Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong organization skills and ability to manage and prioritize across multiple tasksStrong project management skillsAbility to manage and maintain process, but be flexible and adjust as neededand update brand and campaign guidelines as needed (i.e. adding assets and content IDs), and create content sharing playbooks.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
