Business Analysis Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Junior to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica.**General Duties**:- Define the scope and objectives of moderately complex projects through research and inquiry combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry standards.- Analyze business customer needs, document requirements, define and analyze improvements, and obtain test cases.- Identify system problems through user acceptance tests UAT/QA - Testing and develop solutions; tests systems to ensure projects meet requirements.**Qualifications****Must have Skills**:- Ability to manage assigned tasks, expectations and maintain key relationships across global regions and multiple countries.- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred)- Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and teamwork.- Excellent communication and follow-up skills with attention to detail.**Nice to have, but not required**:- Knowledge in the management of change processes for the implementation of new technological systems or improvements in them.- Knowledge in Reporting & Data Analytics as PowerBI.**Education Requirements**- Bachelor or student in computer science.- Basic-intermediate level of English**Job Segment**:Business Analyst, Computer Science, Consulting, Quality Assurance, Technology
