Calibration Technician 2 YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate in the creation of calibration plans. Responsible for the implementation and deployment of calibration plans. Responsible for the creation of local SOPs elaboration. Execute the calibrations according to the calibration plan. Responsible for the creation and configuration of Quality Master Data for FAM Module in SAP (equipment creation and calibration tasks). Responsible for traceability and documentation of the Reference Standard traceability. Responsible for the data integrity management between quality systems. Collaborate in the coordination of external calibration services. Responsible for external calibration services to review the documentation, usage decisions, report possible deviations, archive documentation, and management of the equipment according to GxP. Support manufacturing and engineering departments during urgent interventions. Supports training of laboratory technicians for daily operations. Collaborate in the deviation management, investigation CAPA program, and OOT. Responsible for maintaining the calibration area's clean and organized condition and applying 5S to the area. Collaborate in the HSE program. Maintain the utilities of the calibration laboratory. Collaborate in the creation of metrics for the calibration laboratory. Provide support during internal/external audits. Collaborate in the track of the calibration and responsible for the initiation of calibration life cycles. Responsible for maintaining calibration Reference Standards and ensuring they are in condition to perform the calibration activities. WHO YOU ARE High School degree is Required. Metrology technical certification or equivalent is Required. University student of engineering (electromechanics, mechatronic, electric, electronic, industrial) (Desirable). At least 3 years of experience in similar positions (Desirable). At least 2 years of experience in calibration laboratory (Desirable). Experience with the leadership of people (Desirable). Technical transfer experience (Desirable). Intermediate English level. Strong demonstrable knowledge in calibration activities and qualification of equipment. Knowledge of complex equipment functions and mechanics, including electrical circuits. Knowledge of QMS systems and subsystems Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of FAM module. Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) including data integrity. Knowledge of ISO system (9001, 13485, 14644, 17025, others). Understanding of complex equipment user manuals and technical sheets. Knowledge of development of technical documentation. Knowledge of troubleshooting skills. Knowledge in the Pharma industry. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and to self-direct, as required. Ability to manage technical information and reports.
