This unmatched level of intelligence enables our clients to see trends and take action before the competition, giving them a stronger advantage to make decisions that position them to win in a crowded marketplace.**Role Purpose**The Client Services Analyst** **Expert will be part of a team, actively working with clients and Experian staff to provide ongoing support, managing research, and process improvement/automation projects. The Analyst will also be responsible for assisting data reporting clients and ensuring existing clients are billed accurately per contract terms.**Major Job Functions**- Collaborate with internal and external groups to manage and define process requirements for various projects (ie: client billing, process improvement, automation, data reporters)- Review internal process, recommend, and develop changes to improve systems efficiency, automation, and/or effectiveness- Partner with internal and cross functional teams to analyze problems and provide analysis to solve business problems- Identify problems/solutions and lead research on complex issues- Outline processing plans and training to support the implementation of new programs or processes- Develop strong working relationships with internal partners, clients, and service/sales teams- Assess project complexity and estimate development and implementation time frames and communicate summary level information to management and involved parties as required- Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects- Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary automation program changes, updates, or modifications- Responsible for tracking change requests and high severity incidents- Proactively keep abreast of new technology, procedures and programs and understand related software systems- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and implementation of RPA/RDA automation**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required- Requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in a clients services role- Experience leading process improvement/automation projects- Strong knowledge of company products, services, and systems- Advanced analytical skills (problem identification/ resolution)- Strong PC skills and knowledge automation tools- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently- Strong oral and written communication skills- Good leadership and project management skills- Ability to work closely with diverse group of internal / external organizational members- Previous Experian technical experience is helpfulAdditional InformationOur benefits include: Medical, life and dental insurance, Asociacion Solidarista, International Share Save Plan, Flex Work, Work from home, Paid time off, Annual Performance Bonus, Education Reimbursement, Family Bonding, Bereavement Leave, Referral Program, and more.LI-ML2Experian Careers - Creating a better tomorrow togetherFind out what its like to work for Experian by clicking here- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
