Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and in ambiguous environment.- Participate in the monthly forecasting and closing processes.- Develop and sustain strong business partnering relationships across the Revenue Growth Management, Operations and Trade functions.- Lead trade analytics to improve the return on trade investments and develop recommendations for trade optimization.- Prepare the monthly strategic account profitability, review total customer investment.- Supports annual and ongoing planning process for customer specific programs.- Develop and present analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities.- Accountable for team routines measuring key topline Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - volume, price/mix, revenue drivers.- Identify best practices and standardize where possible.- Develop robust reporting package and KPIs to support the on-going management of our business.- Contribute to Monthly Brand Review by developing value-added financial insights.- Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.- Provide leadership and coordination to drive continuous department/process improvement.- Assist/lead special projects as needed.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area?- Do you have experience in commercial acumen?- Do you have an advance English level?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related area- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area- Fluent in English- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics- Demonstrate commercial acumen- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity- Capacity for innovation- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions- High sense of urgency, work ethic, and must be flexible- Ability to work under mínimal supervision; must be a self-starter- Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability- Must be detail oriented- Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary**BENEFICIAL**- CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting.**BENEFICIAL**- CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT, we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
