Role Responsibilities: Create communication content such as announcements, marketing materials, process change informational articles, official letters, and blogs.Proofread and tailor content for different audiences.Use various media to convey messages, including written and simple videos.Maintain documentation library and collaborate special projects.Publish content in external communication platforms.Update distribution lists and internal message tracking systems.Manage daily admin communication taskContribute to ideation and execution of communication strategies.Manage translations needs.Role Requirements: At least 1 year of related writing experience.A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field is preferred.English Proficiency.CRM knowledge is preferred.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Ability to evaluate situations quickly and act decisively.Adaptability and flexibility.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Problem solving skills.Communication skills.Jira knowledge is a plus.Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus. .
