What We'll Bring:The LMS System Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Learning Management System's effectiveness as a global platform for training and development. This position involves a mix of content management, integration maintenance, data entry, system support, user assistance, and third-party application expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure smooth training rollouts, efficient content management, and responsive support to end users. Key responsibilities include:Content Management and LMS Administration:•3-5 Years of Cornerstone Administrator Knowledge •Collaborate with functional departments and subject matter experts to design and implement the system's template and layout for global training initiatives based on global branding guidelines.•Load and replace training content per stakeholder requirements.•Upload, distribute, and track courses, job aids, and other training materials, ensuring they are correctly assigned and available in multiple languages.•Build online assessments, evaluations, and report on the results in the LMS.•Create ILT events, sessions, and communications.•Identify and recommend best practice for delivering training.•Strong knowledge of course authoring software with the ability to troubleshoot eLearning courses, triggers, and settings.•Extensive knowledge of SCORM requirements, reporting 2.0, creating customized reports and dashboards.•Understand project management fundamentals and strong project management skills.Ongoing LMS Maintenance:•Manage the loading of ongoing training content, working with stakeholders to estimate and track the time required for content management.•Address Learning Transfer Objectives (LTO) challenges, including last-minute content approvals and course reworks.•Support additional training initiatives for the organization, i.e., regulatory compliance, technical training, DEIB.•Maintain all system environments, Production, Pilot, and Stage.•Create custom pages, banners, carousels, and emails using HTML.•Daily review and correction of Edge data migration tools and integrations.•Support all third-party integrations into the LMS such as Zoom, Ping, Workday, and LinkedIn Learning.•Annual updates to all custom emails, OU groups, dynamic assignments, and calendars.•Monthly security permission approval, assignments, and revoking when appropriate. •Perform system tests to ensure seamless content flow and accessibility.•Perform quarterly audits of the LMS catalog, review and deactivate outdated content.•Own the quarterly release process from reviewing new features and enhancements to regression testing and stakeholder communication of changes.This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.What You'll Bring:User Support and System Troubleshooting:•Dedicate time daily to address LMS-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on resolving common problems.•Handle escalated issues from field level systems, and correct content access discrepancies (e.g., wrong job roles).•Respond to reporting queries and system issues (e.g., completion status errors).•Identify and implement improvements, managing and integrating new technologies and features within the LMS.•Prepare accurate ad consistent reporting for end users, business owners, and auditors.Content and System Management:•Anticipate an increase in support tickets with the addition of new content, managing and maintaining the system to accommodate growing needs.•Train support staff on the common errors with courses and how to respond to users.•Implement strategies for rolling out content in phases (e.g., all at once, management first, specific locations) while setting up automatic assignment for new hires based on job roles.•Utilize case management system to prioritize support tickets while maintaining SLA standards.•Escalate system wide issue to CSOD to resolve in a timely manner.•Communicate system down times or delays to stakeholders.Additional Assignments:•Facilitate training to users, super users, and business unit administrators.•Document existing and new processes, procedures, and guides.•Assign and maintain LinkedIn Learning licenses.•Participate in weekly stakeholder meetings including LMS Governance Committee, Agile standups.•Implement strategies for rolling out content in phases (e.g., all at once, management first, specific locations) while setting up automatic assignment for new hires based on job roles.•Utilize case management system to prioritize support tickets while maintaining SLA standards.Background:•Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.•3+ years of experience in with Cornerstone OnDemand•Cornerstone Learning Specialist Certification or Cornerstone Learning Expert Certification preferred.•Proven experience in LMS administration, preferably in a global focused context•Strong technical proficiency, particularly in LMS platforms, Workday, Dovetail, Jira•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.•Ability to effectively collaborate with people of varying backgrounds at different levels within the organization.Impact You'll Make:What We Offer We aim high — and are reaching for new heights every day.
