So bring your work experience, problem-solving skills and talent, of course, but also bring your joy, your passion and all the things that make you, you.The CSX BI & Cadence Program Manager will partner with internal CSX functional leaders to enable and help support consistent, cohesive, and appropriate focus on team and individual functional performance metrics across the entire CSX organization.**Responsibilities Include**:- Partner cross-functionally across all CSX functions to understand and ensure functional leaders and BI representatives to identify key individual and team performance metrics- Ensure MBOs ( Management by Objectives) are defined, tracked and data made available to applicable management levels- Document MBO metric review cadence and their data sources- CSX POC for Fiscal Year MBO compensation planning- For any new data requests, you will translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical BI teams- Analyze operational results and provide recommendations for improvements- Assistance with CS (Customer Success) resource capacity planning- Monitor Global services bookings forecast, attach rates, and renewal rates- Support any adhoc data needs**Qualifications/Desired Skills**:- Bachelors or Master's degree preferred- 8 or more years of demonstrated ability in Customer Success/Services in an Enterprise Software and/or Cloud-based Services company- Services or Sales operational experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large data sets and identify patterns or trends- Experience with data modeling and data presentation- Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and collaboration- Must have experience developing pivot tables within Excel or Google Sheets- Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce is highly desirable- Tools Familiarity: Snowflake, Gainsight, Jira, Excel, Google Sheets**Splunk is an Equal Opportunity Employer**At Splunk, we believe creating a culture of belonging isn't just the right thing to do; it's also the smart thing.
