Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Confirmed skills of enabling data content for reporting or analytics solutions Experience in Power BI to built complex solutions including data transformation, data modeling, and data visualizations Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles Experience in SQL (Structured Query Language) queries to build medium to complex queries Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Minimum of two years of related work experience Knowledge in Power BI, specific on Semantic Models and Dataflow services (preferred) Experience and/or interest in chemistry, the specialty chemical industry and the replacement of petroleum products with sustainable solutions (preferred) Experience in Data Management and/or Data Governance to maintaining / improve a Data Catalog (preferred) Confirmed skills in querying relational databases with query language (preferred) Confirmed experience working with large data stores (preferred) Knowledge of data integration tools and methodologies (preferred) Experience with cloud-based business intelligence solutions (preferred) Understanding of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) (preferred) Familiarity with scripting languages for data manipulation (e.g., Python, R) (preferred) Partner with the team to develop detailed understanding of the business and offer guidance on technical solutions to solve business problems. Prepare data to meet specific reporting and analytics needs. Partner collaboratively with data analysts and subject matter experts to understand data needs. English C1 Full time (8h) Responsabilities: Design and implement internal process improvements, optimize data delivery and create scalable data sets. Build existing data assets and prepare data to meet specific reporting and analytics needs. Build data solutions to enable automated and self service data consumption. Model, design, develop, test and implement complex backend and front end structures to meet business visualization, reporting and analytics requirements. Evaluate the performance of processes, services and outcomes and recommend performance improvement. Partner collaboratively with data engineers on complex infrastructure projects and advocate for and emphasize the business value of applications and offer mentorship and technical solutions to solve business problems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
