JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.Data Governance Business PartnerThis role will maintain and develop the data governance and management function for the accounts supporting the regional context, in tight cooperation with the global structures. This role will be responsible for building a solid and long-term data governance program aimed at reducing organizational risks coming from poor quality of real estate data.**Specifically, this position will involve**:Following the guidance from the broader Data Governance team, development and maintenance of the Client Accounts' data governance policies, processes, and data standardsEstablishment and development of Client Accounts' data governance and management framework across service lines to ensure the consistency and integrity of the dataData profiling followed by defining and maintenance of compliance, usage, and quality metricsMaster Data Management for critical data elements; maintenance of the key repository involving gatekeeping of standards, and promoting the proceduresDaily business communication and relationship building with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to solve ongoing data issues and democratize knowledge on data, including development of mature Data Stewardship programCreation and maintenance of the Data DictionariesFacilitating meetings with data consumers, data stewards, data producers and other stakeholders to ensure data governance rules and standards are applied to data related changes/ projectsPartnering with the IT, BI and service lines counterparts to understand the business context for data management activitiesIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions regarding data quality and processesSupporting the Accounts in knowledge management by establishing and documenting data flows and processesStrong experience in client relationship managementExperience in a role of business analyst or similarFamiliarity with SQL and database management processesHigh level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to make effective decisions and solve problemsKnowledge of data lifecycle and maintenance processesGood understanding of data quality management (processes and concepts)Knowledge of data governance and how it impacts business processesAdvanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required**Skills**:**Relationship management skills**: excellent listening and consultative capability; ability to influence and negotiate with business and technology partners to drive change, and the ability to take a broad perspective and make key connectionsDemonstrated information management, analytics, and data profiling skills.
