Person will also process refunds of unknown payments that the accounting team has identified. Must have critical thinking skills to make decisions on how to solve for a customer. Will work closely with the different teams to monitor performance and KPIs of claims processes, including refunds to customers and escalations. Also, will manage follow-ups and prioritization with the teams involved. Responsible for weekly reporting to teams' leadership.
