Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies. Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain. Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities. Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data. Communicates strategic direction to the organization.Looking for an energetic, proactive professional who likes challenges.In a typical day as an ELF Program Manager, you would:- Develops recommendations that optimize performance.- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on multiple levels implementing enhancements, and onboarding new suppliers and parts onto the ELF Program.- Performs freight cost analysis to find cost-savings opportunities.- Prepares and maintains Standard Operating Procedures and agreements with external suppliers and logistics service providers.- Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.- Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.- Produces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.- Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.**_If you have: _**- First level university degree or equivalent experience.- Typically 2 - 4 years of experience in a supply chain function.- Experience in more than one supply chain function.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics.- Experience performing analysis in Excel.- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Works independently.- Capable of managing more than one project at a time.- Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and high-level modelling tools.- Experience with Excel macros.- Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.- Result-focusedJoin us and make your mark!We offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element!
