The Executive Compensation Program Manager (ECPM) is responsible to support all executive compensation offerings within an assigned Business Unit(s).  They deliver exceptional compensation support, advice, and council working closely with their BU Compensation Leader, HR Partner and BU senior leadership teams.  Responsibilities could include:Develop compensation proposals for individual executives due to promotion or job changes and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all compensation changes.Create executive external new hire offer proposals including all comp elements (Total Cash, Equity, and Sign-on Bonuses)Ensure successful rollout and completion of the annual AIP and Cash & Equity cycles for assigned business units.  Includes thorough tool testing, validation of all exec records, providing support and guidance to planners, monitoring decisions throughout the cycle to ensure overall results are aligned to BU or CHQ objectives, and adhoc analysis of results either during or post-cycle as required.Complete ad hoc data analysis based on BU requirements.Involvement in projects such as developing executive compensation enablement (eg. manager training material, AskHR bot content) and process simplification work (eliminate, automate, simplify).
