Facilities Manager I

Description Manages the implementation of the overall functions of a RESO managed property. These responsibilities include coordinating the cleaning of the center, security, managing equipment other than computer hardware, disaster recovery, moves and relocations and facilitating purchasing requisitions. Other responsibilities include process development and developing facilities operating budgets. .Responsabilities:- Responsible for coordination with Requirements Planning, Development/Program Management for the RESO managed property including: coordinating the cleaning of center, security, managing equipment other than computer hardware, disaster recovery and facilitating purchasing requisitions;  Provides day-to-day management of a RESO managed property.  - Provides direct supervision and guidance to facilities supervisors and assistants. Responsible for management duties, to include:  hiring, terminating, and all aspects of performance management.  - Develop and manage vendor relationships for facilities management. Including identifying issues and contacting applicable outside vendors, evaluate proposals, and monitoring performance, while managing to a budget.- Responsible for maximizing the overall operational and financial performance of a specific property in RESO portfolio and ensures strategic property plans are prepared/followed to deliver planned results including process development and budgeting of facilities expenses.- Interface with legal and procurement in evaluation of facility related contracts; Assists Director in implementation of Corporate Asset Management plans.Requirements:- BS/BA or equivalent work experience.- Lease/ Contract administration experience required 5-7 years- Fluent in English is a must (B2 intermediate)Location:Nicaragua- ManaguaLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Full time2024-05-02
